2K Foundations and Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation Team Up for NBA Cares 2025 Day of Service

2K Foundations has teamed up with Stephen and Ayesha Curry’s Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation to support their ‘Whole Child, Whole School’ approach - helping students thrive by nurturing both their well-being and learning environments. During this year’s NBA Cares All-Star Day of Service, 2K Foundations alongside NBA, NBA Cares, NBA Players Association (NBPA), the Golden State Warriors, and other dedicated partners transformed the East Oakland Pride Elementary School’s playground, basketball court, gym, cafeteria, and library in the largest build to date for Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation.

Volunteers engaged in a range of impactful activities, including:

• Schoolyard revitalization with trees, shrubs, garden beds, murals, and benches.
• Creation of a dedicated nature exploration area for hands-on outdoor learning.
• Cafeteria transformation with fresh paint, murals, and new furnishings.
• Library upgrade with modern furniture, shelving, lighting, and new books.
• Gym refresh with new flooring, murals, improved lighting, sound systems, and updated sports equipment.
