Harbor Hills

For over 40 years, the Harbor Hills Housing Community, owned and managed by the LA County Development Authority (LACDA), has provided homes to low income families. Due to limited resources, the sole basketball court in the community had become completely unplayable. In partnership with Xbox, 2K Foundations created a national design competition and the winning designer, Erin Wray, was given the opportunity to install her court design. Together, we were able to bring basketball and art back to the community.
