LeBron James’ original home court, the Balch Street Gym, serves as an active space for LeBron’s I PROMISE School and the local community. The gym gives underprivileged youth access to education, opportunity and empowerment. Working with the city of Akron and the LeBron James Family Foundation (LJFF), 2K Foundations refurbished the gym, installed a unique court design, and with the help of Microsoft, upgraded the gaming suite with computers, gaming consoles and furniture.
